Dune House

Our vision for the Dune House is one of seamless integration with the natural landscape of Baja. Inspired by the shape of the sand dunes, the structure takes on an aerodynamic form designed to minimize the impact of the region’s powerful winds. The design follows an organic, flowing shape that harmonizes with the environment, ensuring both beauty and functionality in its connection to the land.

Movement Shala & Star Observatory

The movement shala is inspired by ancient building techniques and to be built with natural materials such as adobe bricks and mud, minimizing the use of cement to reduce the carbon footprints.
The shape is a double layered elliptical dome with an outside slope to the rooftop.
The Shala is designed to be used for movement therapy, meditation, rituals, sound healing as well as a star observatory.

Our approach was to sustain the existing vegetation, have the least impact on the environment by using ecological building materials.
